摘要
在硫酸存在下,尿素和叔丁醇反应,氨水作中和剂,合成了叔丁基脲,研究了不同因素对反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件:n(浓硫酸):n(尿素):n(叔丁醇)=2.0:1.0:1.0,叔丁醇与尿素在20~25℃反应16h,叔丁基脲超过90%。产品经IR和1HNMR等进行了确认。
Tertiary butylurea was prepared by the reaction of urea and tertiary butyl alcohol in presence of sulfuric acid and ammonia as rielltralization agentl The influencing factors on the reaction were studied and the optimum process conditions were as follows:n( sulfuric acid) :n (urea) :n (tertiary butyl alcohol) = 2.0:1.0:1.0, tertiary butyl urea was prepared by the reaction of urea and tertiary butyl alcohol, the reaction time is 15 h between tertiary butyl alcohol and urea atl5 - 25℃, the yield of tertiary butylurea was more than 90 %. The structure of tertiary butylurea was assigned by IR and 1HNMR.
