摘要
为了探讨创伤骨折后骨中柠檬酸含量的变化 ,观察了大白鼠尺桡骨骨折后 2、6、10、15天健侧和骨折侧尺桡骨中柠檬酸的含量。发现伤后第 2天健侧和伤侧骨中柠檬酸含量便开始升高 ,伤侧升高得更为明显 ,第 10天达到高峰。伤侧和健侧骨中柠檬酸总量呈持续增高。提示创伤后全身骨加强动员以保证骨折愈合。
To explore the changes of intrabony levels of citric acid (LCA) after traumatic fracture, LCA in the healthy and fractured ulnae and radii of white rats were observed 2, 6, 10 and 15 days after fracture. Through the observations, it was found that LCA in the bones of both healthy and fractured sides began to ascend from the second day after injury, especially of the fractured side, and reached the peak on the tenth day. The continuous ascending of the total LCA in the bones of the healthy and fractured sides suggested that after injury, the bones of the whole body enhanced the metabolism to ensure the fracture healing.
