锌、硒、维生素E、维生素C对二硫化碳致脂质过氧化作用影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察锌 (Zn)、硒 (Se)、维生素E (VitE)、维生素C (VitC)对二硫化碳 (CS2 )致脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 采用三因素四水平拉丁方设计 ,观察 4个剂量水平的 4种抗氧化剂 (Zn、Se、VitE、VitC)对 4个剂量水平 ( 3 60、 2 40、 12 0和 0mg/kg)CS2 亚慢性染毒SD大鼠血清、心肌和肝脏脂质过氧化水平 (LPO)的影响。结果 抗氧化剂高剂量组大鼠血清、心肌与高、中剂量组大鼠肝脏LPO水平均显著低于 0剂量组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;除血清LPO在Zn与Se组间外 ,其余不同抗氧化剂各组间差别均无显著意义。结论 Zn、Se、VitC和VitE对CS2 致脂质过氧化毒性有明显的保护作用 ,各抗氧化物质间的保护作用水平无明显差异 ;CS2 Object To Study the effects of Zn、Se、Vit C and Vit E on the lipid peroxidation by CS 2 and its mechanism,to look for the measures of its prevention and treatment.Method Latin square design(three factors,four levels)was used.Rats were sub chronicly exposed to CS 2 (the dose was 360、240、120 and 0 mg/kg,respectively)and received the different anti oxidation substances in different dose(Zn、Se、Vit C or Vit E)at the same time.The changes of LPO levels in the serum,cardium and liver of rats were determinated.Results The serum,cardium and liver LPO levels in all anti oxidation substance groups were significantly decreased.There was no great difference in the serum,cardium and liver LPO level among Zn、Se、Vit C and Vit E.Conclution The effects of Zn、Se、Vit C and Vit E on the lipid peroxidation by CS 2 were significant,there was no significantly different among the effect of these anti oxidation substances.The lipid peroxidation due to CS 2 was not induced by lack of anti oxidation substance.
