摘要
以城市轨道交通运营系统为研究对象,从乘客满意度出发,建立城市轨道交通服务乘客满意度指数模型,并确定城市轨道交通服务乘客满意度评价指标体系结构,建立城市轨道交通乘客满意度评价贝叶斯网络模型,并确定贝叶斯网络中各节点的条件概率。最后以重庆市轨道交通服务为例,通过实例计算分析,得出重庆轨道交通服务的几点改善措施。
This articles by studying urban rail transit operating system and starting from the passenger satisfaction, it established the urban rail transport passenger satisfaction index model and determined the urban rail traffic passenger satisfaction evaluation index architecture and established the urban rail transit passengers' satisfaction Bayesian network model and determined each node of the conditional probability table Bayesian network. Finally, it using the application of Bayesian network calculated and analyzed the example of Chongqing rail transit's service system and proposed a few points to improve rail service im- provements.
