摘要
目的探讨情感管理在优质护理服务示范工程活动中的作用。方法制订优质护理服务示范工程活动实施方案和考核标准,实施情感管理,通过护理工作质量考核、患者满意度测评进行效果评价。结果实施前后的护理工作质量、患者满意度均显著提高,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论优质护理服务示范工程活动中实施情感管理可以有效提高护理工作质量和患者满意度,促进优质护理示范工程活动的深入开展。
Objective To explore the role of emotional management in quality care demonstration project activities. Methotis Quality care demonstration project activities implementation plan and evaluation standards were developed. The implementation of emotional management, through the quality of care assessment, patient satisfaction measurement for effect evaluation. Results The quality of care, patient satisfaction before and after implementation were significantly improved, there were significant different (all P 〈 0.01). Conclusion In the quality care demonstration project activities in the implementation of the emotional management can improve the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction, so as to promote quality care demonstration project activities in depth.
