摘要
目的 :研究促细胞代谢素注射液的促进细胞呼吸和促进脂肪细胞对葡萄糖摄取的生物活性。方法 :“促细胞代谢素注射液”促进细胞呼吸试验采用微量呼吸减压法进行 ,促进脂肪细胞对葡萄糖摄取试验采用3 H法进行 ,并与进口爱维治进行比较。结果 :促细胞代谢素注射液具有刺激豚鼠肝匀浆线粒体的呼吸活性 ,呼吸活力QO2 >4 0 μlO2 (mg·h) ,刺激指数SI >2 5 ;促细胞代谢素注射液具有促进大鼠脂肪细胞摄取3 H标记的葡萄糖的生物活性 ,刺激指数 μ >2 0。 结论 :促细胞代谢素注射液具有促进细胞呼吸和促进脂肪细胞对葡萄糖摄取的生物活性 。
OBJECTIVE: To study the biological activity of the national fourth grade new drug “Promoting Cellular Metabolic Agent Injection” (PCMA) to promote the cellular respiration and to promote the adipocytes to intake the glucose METHODS: The method of microrespiration decreasing pressure was used to study the PCMA to promote the cellular respiration; The method of H 3 was used to study the PCMA to promote the adipocytes to intake the glucose; At the same time the rseults of the PCMA was compared with the imported drug “actovegin” RESULTS: PCMA had the bilogical activity to to promote the liver homogenate respiration, the respiration avtivity QO 2>4 0μl O 2/mg·h, the stimulation indes SI>2 5; PCMA had the bilogical activity to promote the rat adipocytes to intake the H 3 D glucose, the stimulation indes μ>2 0; the bilogical activity of PCMA was similar to “actovegin” ( P >0 05) CONCLUSION: PCMA had the bological activity to promote the cellular respiration and to promote the adipocytes to intake the glucose, and its biological activity was the same as “actovegin”
