摘要 在高性能电机的控制中,转子位置的测量精度对电机的控制效果影响很大,为提高电机转子位置信号的测量精度,本文对旋转变压器解码芯片的解码原理进行了深入的分析,并推导出其离散化闭环传递函数,得出相应波特图和带宽;通过仿真给出了滤波电容参数与信号绕组电感、电阻参数之间的关系,分析了解码电路滤波电容的选择对转子位置角测量误差的影响,最终根据本文提出的方法选择了解码电路的最优滤波电容,并经过试验验证该方法的有效性。 In the control of high-performance motor, the measuring accuracy of rotor position has great influ- ence on the control of motor, in order to improve the measuring accuracy of rotor position signal in high-per- formance motor. In this paper, the decoding principles of decoder chip for resolver was analyzed, the dis- crete closed-loop transfer function was deduced, the Bode diagram and bandwidth was got. By simulation, the relations of filter capacitor parameter inductance parameter and resistor parameter was got, and the effect of filter capacitor in decode circuit on measurement error of rotor position was analyzed; the optimal filter capacitor was selected according to the method mentioned in this paper and this method was verified by experiment.
