摘要
提出一种具体的IGBT动态di/dt控制电路。该di/dt控制电路通过调节电阻来调整门极-集电极电容的值,使di/dt被控制在一个较宽的范围。该控制电路能独立控制开关电流上升率和下降率,并且电路采用一个统一的24V电源供电,也就避免了外加电源太多,各节点电压出现变化而导致镜像电流源工作失效情况的发生。通过仿真结果验证了该电路的可行性和有效性。
This article proposes a specific IGBT di/dt dynamic control circuit, through which gate collector capacitance can be changed by adjusting resistance, and makes di/dt in a wider range. The circuit can control switching current rise rate and drop rate independently. Using a unified power supply, it can avoid too much DC voltage and its variation in different points that causes the failure of mirror current source. Simulation confirms the feasibility and validity of this circuit.
