摘要
输变电线路受风的影响会发生风偏,尤其是在带电运行后,如果满足不了风偏要求就会发生打火现象,甚至会发生接地短路等严重安全事故。结合一个实际施工中的成功经验,介绍了距正在运行的500 kV高压线距离不足6 m处的石方控制爆破技术方案及安全管理措施,以供同类工程参考。
Wind-deviation may occur in transmission lines due to the wind. Especially during the cause of opera- tion, when wind-deviation can not meet the requirements of, the spark phenomenon and even the grounding fault and other serious accidents may occur. Coupled with the successful experience, the technical measures on safety manage- ment of the controlled stonework blasting were introduced, which is less than 6 meters away from the running 500kV high-tension line. The result provides a reference for similar projects and the blasting colleagues.
