失功能高密度脂蛋白致动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 高密度脂蛋白(HDL)被认为是抗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的保护因子,其作用机制主要有胆固醇逆转运(reverse choles—terol transport,RCT)、抗氧化、抗炎症和抗血栓形成等。但是近年研究发现,在急性期反应、慢性炎症以及一些代谢性疾病中,HDL的抗AS作用减弱,甚至出现致AS作用。这种功能异常的HDL颗粒称为失功能HDL(dysfuctional HDL)。失功能HDL与功能HDL(functional HDL)比较,蛋白质成分和脂质成分发生变化。现就失功能HDL致AS的研究进展作概述。
