摘要
目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞合并2型糖尿病的关系。方法:选择动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞合并2型糖尿病患者60例(A组)为患者组,动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞无2型糖尿病病史患者60例(B组),2型糖尿病无动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞60例(C组),健康人组60例(D组)B组、C组、D组均为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,用全自动生化分析仪检测总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、甘油三酯(TG),并进行统计分析。结果:A组Hcy高于B组、C组、D组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组Hcy值高于C组、D组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),C组高于D组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论:Hcy在动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞合并2型糖尿病过程中起着协同作用,是动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞合并2型糖尿病的重要危险因素。血浆Hcy的升高可能与动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞合并2型糖尿病有相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels and cere- bral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:240 people are divided into four groups: 60 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes (group A), simultaneous 60 cases of non-- diabetic patients with cerebral infarction(group B), 60 type 2 diabetes patients without cerebral infarction (Group C), and 60 healthy volunteers (group D). Determinations were examined by enzyme--linked immuno--sorbent assay (EL- SIA), and systematical analysis was made on the statistics of TC, LDL--C, HDLC, and TG. Results:Hcy of Group A is higher than Group B, C and D, showing a significant difference (P 〈 0.05), Hey of Group B is higher than Group C and D, with a significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). Hcy of Group C is higher than Group D (P 〈 0.05). Concl usion:Hcy in the pathogenesis of diabetic cerebral infarction plays a synergistic effect; there- fore, it is an important risk factor for diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.
