摘要
绍了3 kW LC串联谐振高压脉冲电容充电电源的设计,利用该电源对脉冲电容负载充电。实验结果表明,实际电路为LCC串并联谐振,导致该电源充电电流减小,充电速度变慢,功率降低。针对这些问题,提出了电流、功率以及电压闭环控制策略,并给出软件实现流程。闭环控制实验结果表明充电速度变快,实现了恒功率,提高了电源利用率,并可减小体积重量,在大功率时优点更明显,十分适合限制功率及体积、重量的场合。
This paper describes the design of 3 kW LC series resonant high-vohage pulse capacitor charging power supply, the experimental results for the pulse capacitance load with the power explain that the actual circuit is LCC series parallel resonant, cause the charging current drops, charging slow and lower power.To solve these problems, the current ,power and voltage closed-loop control strategy is proposed, and the software implementation process is given. The experimental results with closed-loop control show faster charging speed, constant power, high power efficiency and reduced size and weight.The power supply has more obvious advantages in high-power application,and is very suitable for limited power, reducing the size and weight of the occasion.
