波动性高血糖对2型糖尿病患者心率变异性的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨血糖波动对2型糖尿病患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法对43例2型糖尿病患者进行HRV的各项时域指标的检测,根据血糖变异系数分为持续性高血糖组和波动性高血糖组,分析在同糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平时,两组HRV的发生情况和严重程度。结果波动性高血糖组的所有窦性心搏R-R间期的标准差(SDNN),全程记录中每5minR-R间期平均值的标准差(SDANN),相邻R-R间期差值的均方根(rMSSD),窦性相邻R-R间期差值>50 ms的心搏数占NN总心搏数百分比(pNN50)均低于持续性高血糖组(<0.05)。结论波动性高血糖比持续性高血糖对2型糖尿病患者的HRV时域指标影响大。
