摘要
本文从17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢的化学成分设计、热加工和热处理、金相组织及其性能进行了分析,阐述了17-4PH钢的强化机制及其影响因素。结果表明,17-4PH钢的强化机制特点是通过钢中各元素有效合金化,通过热处理手段使其产生热力学和动力学反应达到强化作用,使钢获得较高的强度和韧性。
This paper analyzes and expatiates the strengthen mechanisms and the influencing factor of 17 -4PH by means of the design of chemical composition, thermal process and heat treatment, metallurgi- cal structure and properties. The result shows that the character of strengthening mechanisms of 17 -4PH is he effective steel alloying element, the strength of heat treatment to produce a reaction between thermodynamics and kinetic, and then obtaining high strengthen and toughness.
