摘要
[目的]探讨亚急性甲状腺炎中医分型与超声表现之间的关系。[方法]将60例经临床确诊为亚急性甲状腺炎的患者进行中医辨证分型,所有病例均进行二维、彩色多普勒及脉冲多普勒检查。[结果]经超声观察发现3种证型的声像图各具特点,结果显示中医各证型与超声表现的分期有一定相关性。[结论]亚急性甲状腺炎的超声表现可以为其中医诊断及治疗提供客观依据。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） type and ultrasonic appearance in subacute thyroiditis.[Methods] The 60 cases with clinically diagnosed subacute thyroiditis were typing according to TCM syndrome.All the patients were underwent two-dimensional,color Doppler and pulsed Doppler examination.[Results] Through ultrasound examination,it was found that the sonograms of three types of TCM had their own characteristics respectively and each type of TCM and the stage in appearance of their the ultrasound had some certain correlation.[Conclusion] The ultrasonography of patients with subacute thyroiditis can provide an objective basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment.
