摘要
文中通过梳理欧盟征收碳税(航海)的背景及目的,分析其对我国目前航运经济的影响,就如何有效应对可能强加给航运业的碳排放税提出了若干对策,以期助力于我国航运业的发展,同时为进一步研究提供参考。
This paper, through elaborating the background and purpose of the EU carbon tax, analyzes its impact on our current shipping economy, proposes a number of measures on how to effectively deal with the carbon tax which may be imposed on the shipping industry, with a view to helping develpment of China＇s shipping industry and providing a reference for filrther research.
