摘要
加强师范生的职业信仰教育,塑造一支有着坚定教育信仰的高素质的教师队伍有着重要的历史和现实意义。通过对师范生职业信仰现状进行调查,分析目前师范生职业信仰的现状,针对这些现状进行分析,我们提出了几条加强师范生职业信仰教育的途径。
To strengthen the occupation belief education of normal college students, and to cre- ate a high - quality teacher team with firm education belief are of great historical and practical signifi- cance. Based on the status quo investigation of normal college students＇ occupation belief, the paper analyzes the current situation of the occupation belief, and accordingly proposes some countermeasures to strengthen the occupation belief education of normal college students.
