SWRCH8A冷镦开裂原因分析

摘要 冷镦钢SWRCH8A在使用时变形较大,容易在表面造成开裂,为了改善SWRCH8A钢的性能,降低冷镦时开裂的几率,采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对开裂试样进行了观察和分析。结果表明:SWRCH8A钢开裂主要是原材料表面存在线状缺陷所致,而缺陷周围组织正常,也未见到大颗粒夹杂,提出改进措施。 .Cold heading SWRCH8A steel tends to deform in application, with cracks appearing on the surface. To improve the property of cold heading steel and reduce the cracking rate, investigation and anal ysis are made to the sample pieces of SWRCHSA steel in the cold-heading process under scanning electron microscope through metallographic detection via energy spectrum analysis. The results show that cracking is caused by striation defects, for the organization is normal around defects and large-grained inclusion does not appear. The relative improvement methods are proposed.
