摘要
炮口强冲击是一种技术可行的火炮动力后坐模拟试验方法。为保证该试验方法具有与实弹射击相似的后坐动态特性,通过建立力学模型及缓冲器的非线性模型,进而建立火炮后坐的运动方程;基于MATLAB软件,利用四阶龙格库塔法对运动方程进行了求解;分析了冲击质量、冲击速度、缓冲器的线性刚度、非线性刚度和阻尼对炮身后坐加速度的影响。该研究为火炮模拟试验装置的研制提供了理论依据。
It is a feasible method to simulate the firing process through muzzle strong impact.To insure the simulative experiment have similar dynamic characteristic with practical firing.Set up mechanics model and nonlinear model of buffer,moreover set up the equation of motion of gun recoil.Based on MATLAB,make use of fourth-order Runge-Kutta method to solve the equation of motion,analyze the effect of impact mass,impact velocity,linear stiffness,nonlinear stiffness,damping of buffer to acceleration of gun recoil.This research provides theoretic basis for the design of gun tester.
