摘要 为了掌握自行火炮行进间射击时的炮口振动规律,利用ADAMS/ATV建立了某自行火炮行进间发射的多体系统动力学模型,将炮膛合力、驻退机力和复进机力等发射载荷的FORTRAN程序生成动态链接库,再嵌入动力学模型。运用谐波叠加法建立路面谱模型,使用MATLAB软件编写路面文件,对C、F级两种典型路面谱进行了模拟。利用数值计算的方法研究自行火炮以不同速度,在不同等级道路上行驶并射击时的炮口振动特性,为进一步提高自行火炮行进间射击的综合效能提供理论依据。 To figure out the muzzle vibration of self-propelled gun firing on the move,the multi-body system dynamics model of the gun was established by ATV toolbox of ADAMS.Dynamic link library converted from Fortran program was embedded in dynamics model for computing launching load such as gas force,forces generated by recoil mechanism and recuperator.The stochastic road irregularities file was created by means of the sinusoid superposition method.Road spectrum in rank C and F was simulated based on the road file generated by MATLAB software.Utilizing numerical calculation method,the features of muzzle vibration was analyzed for self-propelled gun firing on the move on the roads in different ranks at different speeds,which can provide theoretical basis for improving the overall efficiencies of self-propelled gun firing on the move.
