摘要
本文以1980年代前后建设的大量居住小区为研究对象,结合自身编制的《湖州市老小区综合整治规划》为实例进行研究,对其整治的必要性和可行性进行较为全面的研究和分析,并提出相应的规划理念和策略,制定具体的整治措施。
The paper used the residential area built in the 1980s as the research object, combined it with ＂the comprehensive improvement of the old district planning in Huzhou＂, and carried out comprehensive research and analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the planning ideas and strategies.
