摘要
目的:以Kissinger方程测定扑热息痛的热降解活化能方法:应用差示扫描量热法研究甘草酸钾与复方扑热息痛的相互作用。结果:活化能为405.80kJ/mol。结论:甘草酸钾与扑热息痛、扑尔敏之间无相互作用,可以配伍。
Objective: To determine the activation energy of heat degradation of PAA by kissinger's equation. Methods:The interaction between potassium glycyrrhizate (PG) and paracetumol(PAA) was determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Results: No interaction between PG and PAA, or PG and chlorphenamini maleas (CM) was observed. PG was compatible with PAA and CM.
