摘要
脱接器是油田机采井重要的井下工具。以前对脱接器的研究大多集中在弹簧爪功能方面,而对弹簧爪的连接方面,即装配过程的研究较少。弹簧爪的装配过程是一个动态大变形过程,其应力分布和各部位变形随时间而变化,难以获得解析解。使用CAD/CAE/CAM一体化软件UG对弹簧爪的装配过程进行模拟,得到装配过程中每一时刻的应力分布和变形情况,对优化设计弹簧爪的结构具有指导意义。
The on-off connector is an important downhole tool of the artificial lift well. In the past, the research on the on-off connector was mostly concentrated on the function of the spring claw, and gave little attention to the assembly process. The assembly process of the spring claw is a dy- namic process with large deformation,the stress distribution and the deformation of each part in every moment is changing, it is hard to acquire the analytical solution. In this paper, the spring claw assembly process was simulated by using the CAD/CAE/CAM integration software UG, the stress distribution and deformation condition of the assembly process in every moment was ac- quired,it has instructive meanings to the optimization design of the spring claw structure.
