摘要
目的 研究补充镁对实验性糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中糖酵解限速酶 (已糖激酶、磷酸果糖激酶和丙酮酸激酶 )活性的影响。方法 给予链尿佐菌素诱发的糖尿病大鼠肌注硫酸镁 (5 0 mg· kg- 1 体重 ) ,每半月注射 1次 ,于实验 3mo和 6 mo末分别测定视网膜组织中糖酵解限速酶的活性。结果 实验期 (3mo末和 6 mo末 ) ,糖尿病组 3种酶活性均显著低于正常组。糖尿病大鼠补镁后 ,3种酶活性均与正常组基本一致 ,无显著性下降 ,且显著高于糖尿病组。结论 在糖尿病发病后的一段时期内 ,补充镁可提高视网膜糖酵解限速酶的活性。
Objective To observe the influence of magnesium(Mg) supplementation on the crucial rate limiting enzymes relating to glycolytic pathway of diabetic retinal tissue in rat.Methods Intramuscular MgSO 4(55mg·kg -1 ) were injected to streptozotion induced diabetic rats at half month interval.The activities of the three crucial rate limiting enzymes ralating to glycotic pathway hexokinase, phosph of ructokinase and pyruvate kinase in retinal tissue of the rats were investigated 3 months and 6 months after the injection.Results The activities of the crucial rate limiting enzymes were decreased in diabetic group.In diabetes group with magnesium,the activities of emeymes were close to the normal control group and significantly higher than that in the diabetic group.Conclusion In the early stage of diabetes,Mg supplementation can improve the activities of the crucial rate limiting enzymes relating to glycolytic pathway of diabetic retinal tissue in rats.
