摘要
绩效评估在国内外尚属新兴领域,许多施工企业对于它的认识仅限于概念阶段,缺乏实际操作的经验。本文在阐述神经网络专家系统工作原理的基础上,首先,建立了施工项目管理绩效评估指标体系;其次,构造了一个三层多输出神经网络;第三,详细研究了神经网络专家系统的知识获取与表示;最后,对神经网络专家系统进行了训练与分析。研究结果表明:所建立的神经网络专家系统可以用于识别施工项目管理绩效的好坏,从而为施工企业提高施工项目管理水平、进行人事决策、评价员工和促进员工发展等提供决策支持。
Performance evaluation is an emerging field in the world, and it is still restricted to the concept stage to many construction enterprises, that is, lack of practices. Based on the interpretation of the working mechanism of neural network expert system, first, established a performance evaluation index system for the construction project management. Second, a three-layer neural network was built. Third, a detailed study on knowledge acquisition and express was made. Finally, the neural network expert system was trained and analyzed, which show that it can be used for the identification of the management performance of the construction project, thus can provide such decision-making supports as improving the management level, making personnel decisions, evaluating the employee and promoting the staff, etc.
