摘要
针对河南省新郑煤电有限责任公司31118工作面煤层薄的状况,运用数值模拟软件FLAC3D对工字钢支护下的巷道位移特征和塑性区范围进行研究。结果表明,工字钢支护有效改善了围岩的应力状态,适合薄煤层特征,能有效控制围岩变形。对现场实测数据的分析表明,这种支护方式提高了巷道围岩强度和自承能力,满足了该矿安全生产的要求。
Aiming at the problem of thin coal seam of 31118 working face of Henan Xinzheng Coal & Electricity Corporation Ltd.,numerical simulation software FLAC^3D was used to research the displacement characteristics and the plastic zone of the roadway supported with Ibeam. The result indicates that I-beam support improves wall rock stress, can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock, so it is more suitable for the thin coal seam features. The analysis on the data of measured deformation shows that, I-beam support improves the strength and self-supporting capacity of soft rock roadway,and satisfies the requirement of safety production in the coal mine.
