摘要
针对国内外五轴联动数控机床的发展现状和前景,设计开发了双摆轴任意分度万能铣头。详细介绍了该功能部件的技术方案、结构组成、工作原理和应用。该部件在技术上已经完全成熟,并应用于大型动柱式五轴联动加工中心上,具有较好的推广价值。
In view of the development and prospect of five-axis CNC machine tools at home and abroad, design and development of the double pendulmn arbitrary indexing universal milling head. This paper introduces the functional components of the technical scheme, structure, working principle and application in detail. The component is fully mature in technology, and applied to the large movable type five-axis machining center, it has better promotion value.
