摘要
目的 :考察含有杂质的氯霉素片的含量测定方法。方法 :采用药典法 紫外分光光度法和微生物检定法测定含杂质的氯霉素片含量。结果 :两种方法差异存在显著性。结论 :对于含有杂质的氯霉素片 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the methods for the determination the contents of impure chloramphenicol tablets.METHODS:The pharmacopooeal methods UV spectrophotometry and microbial assay were used.RESULTS:There was a marked difference between the two methods.CONCLUSIONS:UV spectrophotometry can not be used to determinate the contents of impure chloramphenicol tablets.
