摘要
为了提高汽轮机叶片加工效率,提出改进的自动调节进给率的NURBS直接插补算法对叶片进行插补。该算法在加工曲率半径较大的叶背和叶盆时,采用较大的进给速度插补保证加工效率,在加工曲率半径较小的前后缘时,对进给率进行自适应调整,使弓高误差不超出最大允许值以保证加工精度,并保证法向加速度在允许的范围内。实验结果表明,叶片采用该插补算法在保证加工精度的前提下,最大限度地提高了叶片的加工效率。
In order to improve the machining efficiency of steam turbine blade, an ameliorative adaptive feed speed interpolation algorithm for an non-uniform rational B-spline curve is proposed aim at blade curvature radius great change. The faster feed speed is adopt to increase the machining efficiency when the blade curvature radius is big. The feed speed is adaptive to control the chord error within the specified range when the blade curvature radius is small. Normal acceleration is guaranteed within the permission scope. Test results show that the machining efficiency of blade is not only improved, but also the contour accuracy is guaranteed.
