摘要
目的探讨64排128层CT三维重建在气道异物中的诊断价值。方法对19例临床症状不典型的呼吸道异物患儿行64排128层CT扫描,并采用MPR、CPR、CTVE、Min IP等后处理技术进行重建。结果 19例气管支气管异物位于气管5例,右主支气管7例,右下支气管1例,左主支气管4例,左下支气管1例,双侧主支气管1例;内镜结果与CT诊断一致。结论 64排CT多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、仿真内镜(CTVE)、最小密度投影(Min IP)等成像技术能直观显示异物的位置、大小、形态及与周围组织的关系,在气管支气管异物诊断中有着极其重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the value of the 64 rows-128 slices CT with Three-dimensional reconstruction processing technology in the diagnosis of airway foreign body.Method 19 cases of airway foreign body with no typical clinical symptoms in children were given the 64 rows-128 slices CT scan,and Three-dimensional reconstruction processing technology of the MPR,the CPR,the CTVE and the Min IP were used.Results The imaging results demonstrated that airway foreign bodies located in trachea in 5 cases,in right primary bronchus in 7 cases,in right lobar bronchus in 1 cases,in left primary bronchus in 4 cases,in left lobar bronchus in 1cases and in both brochus in 1 cases.Endoscopic diagnosis and CT diagnostis results were the same.Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction processing technology of the MPR,the CPR,the CTVE and the Min IP can intuitively show the location,the size,the shape of the foreign matter and the relationship between the foreign matter and the surrounding tissue.
