摘要
在塔系统的设计中,针对整个塔及其相关联设备进行安全防护,分析不同安全阀的配置对系统的影响以及经济性。在事故状态下,选用多个安全阀能够及时准确的泄放超压物,降低危险隐患,有效地保证设备安全。由于安全阀的费用随个数的增加而上升,故可以根据不同系统对安全等级的要求,选择与经济性和安全性相匹配的安全设施。
Focusing on the protection and safety of the tower and relevant equipment,this paper analyzes the different configuration of safety valves and corresponding impact on the system design and cost.The results show that in case of emergency several safety valves can relieve over-pressure quickly and correctly,which reduces the potential hazards to the tower,thus protecting all of the equipment in the whole system against danger.For the expense of safety valves increases along with its quantity,appropriate safety devices can be selected with balance between cost and safety based on required safe level of the system concerned.
