糖尿病白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术后视网膜病变激光治疗

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病白内障超声乳化摘除并人工晶体植入术后视网膜病变激光光凝治疗的时机、方法及疗效。方法:对53例(77眼)白内障超声乳化摘除并人工晶体植入手术后糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)根据荧光眼底造影诊断的不同,实施全视网膜光凝、局限光凝及黄斑光凝。光凝在白内障术后14~21天开始,周边光凝在白内障术后1个月内完成。结果:光凝术后6个月视力提高18眼,不变46眼,下降13眼。黄斑水肿完全吸收8眼,部分吸收6眼,未吸收6眼,加重2眼。结论:糖尿病白内障超声乳化摘除并人工晶体植入术后早期光凝,可以有效的进行周边视网膜光凝,有利于保持白内障术后视力,控制DR的进展,促进黄斑水肿的吸收。
