摘要
为了实时监测果蔬冻干过程中含水率的变化情况,及时了解果蔬的冻干状态并降低冻干能耗,以一个完整真空冻干周期中采集的序列图像为研究对象,利用I/O函数、回调函数、Active X控件和MAT文件,设计了精美的GUI界面,实现了图像读取、特征值提取、txt或xls格式保存、特征值LED显示和特征值曲线绘制等功能;通过mcc编译,将界面设计程序转化为独立的可执行文件。设计界面美观、稳定、可靠,为揭示冻干序列图像特征值规律提供了一种新的方法。
To monitor the status of moisture content online for fruits and vegetables during vacuum freeze-drying, and reduce energy consumption, the images of color changes of potato surface were studied based on Matlab GUI. In this paper, I/O functions, callback functions and Active X control were proposed and R, G, and B values of the images were calculated quickly and saved in Excel or txt. At the same time, the values could be shown by LED or chart. The interface was transformed to a independent executable program by MATLAB compiler perfectly. Therefore, it is a use- ful and convenient method for monitoring moisture content of fruits and vegetables to use MATLAB GUI.
