摘要
分析了斯坦福大学等六所美国一流大学的薪酬理念,认为其具有在分配指导思想上强调公平性原则、在薪酬水平设计上突出竞争性、在薪酬内容设计上呈现综合性、在薪酬分配上强调以绩效为导向等特征。美国大学与中国高校在大学功能、员工工作及其成果等方面具有一定共性,其薪酬理念对我国高校实施绩效工资改革具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
Abstract: This paper analyzed the salary concept in six first-class American universities such as Stan- ford University, and believed that this salary concept emphasizes the principle of fairness in distribu- tion, competition in the design of salary levels, comprehensiveness in the design of salary contents, and the orientation of being performance-based in salary distribution. Commonness exists between uni- versities in America and China; therefore, this salary concept can serve as a reference for the reform of performance-based pay in Chinese universities.
