摘要
针对目前对电力电容器介质损耗角因数在线检测的精度要求越来越高的现状,设计了基于AD7656和TMS320F2812的电力电容器介质损耗因数在线检测系统。利用电压互感器和电流传感器采集电力电容器母线电压信号以及泄漏电流信号,将采集到的信号经过信号调理转换成可以被AD7656接收的信号;利用AD7656进行模数转换,锁相倍频保证同步采样,TMS320F2812用以控制AD转换并利用谐波分析法进行数据处理,计算出介质损耗因数。在电网频率波动以及白噪声影响条件下计算介质损耗因数的相对误差。结果表明,本系统具有较高的可靠性和准确性,能达到介质损耗因数在线检测的精度要求。
Aiming at the current situation of the increasing precision requirement for the power capacitor dielectric loss angle factor on-line detection, the on-line detection system of dielectric loss factor in power capacitor based on AD7656 and TMS320F2812 was designed. The voltage transformer and current sensor were used to collect bus volt- age signals and leak current signals of the power capacitor, the collected signals were converted into the signals which can be received by AD7656 through signal conditioning circuit, AD7656 was used to be analog-to-digital converter, PLL can ensure synchronous sampling, TMS320F2812 was used to control the AD transform, harmonic a- nalysis method was used for data processing and tan δ calculation. The measuring relative errors of tan δ on the conditions of the power grid frequency waving and white noise influencing were calculated. The experimental results show that the system has the good feature of veracity and reliability, the method can achieve the required accuracy of the power capacitor tan δ on-line detecting.
