摘要
医事法学专业人才的实践能力决定着人才培养的质量;加强实践教学体系建设有助于这种实践能力的培养。本文提出要将实践教学放在与理论教学同等重要的位置来构建医事法学专业实践教学的"四大体系",即内容体系、条件体系、方法体系和考评体系,重点分别从课堂内外和校内外两个层面展开论述,对实践教学的内涵、平台、方式、评价等内容进行了具体分析。
The quality of talent training relies on medical jurisprudence professionals' practical ability, and strengthening the practice teaching system construction will help cultivating practical ability. This paper argues that we should put practical teaching in the same important position as theoretical teaching to construct "four systems" of professional practice teaching in medical law, they are content system, condition system, method system and evaluation system. Discussing emphatically from two aspects ( in and out of class, inside and outside school), this paper also analyzes practical teaching from the following aspects: connotation, platform, means and evaluation.
