摘要
通过试验评价了1#和2#两种原料油作为针状焦原料的可行性,结果表明,1#原料油不适合作为生产针状焦的原料,2#原料油适合作为生产针状焦的原料。实验考察了焦化过程中温度、压力、成焦时间对焦炭质量的影响。结果表明2#原料油在实验室生成针状焦的适宜温度为480-500℃,适宜的压力为先加压至2 MPa然后减压至1 MPa,最佳成焦时间为7 h;同时考察了煅烧过程中煅烧温度、升温速率和煅烧时间对煅后焦质量的影响。
The feasibility of producing needle coke from two different feedstock oils in laboratory was evaluated. The results showed that the feedstock oil 2 is a suitable feedstock for needle coke, while the feedstock oil 1 is not. The influences of the carbonization temperature, pressure and time on the formation of coke during coking were investigated. The results showed that the suitable parameters of producing needle coke during delayed coking from the feedstock oil 2 were: the temperature of 480~500 ~C, the press of increasing to 2 MPa then decreasing to 1 MPa and the coking time of 7 hours. The influences of the calcining temperature, heating rate and calcining time on the quality of coke during calcining process were also investigated.
