摘要
对莱钢3#1080m3高炉大渣量条件下降低燃料比的生产实践进行了总结。通过优化原燃料管理及炉前生产组织管理等,炉内加强关键参数控制,提高操作水平,改善高炉煤气流分布,提高煤气利用率,燃料比降至约510kg/t左右,焦比下降到320kg/t,3#高炉实现了大渣量条件下的低燃料比生产。
This article summarized the production practice of reducing fuel ratio under the condition of large amount slag at Laiwu Steel's No.3 1 080 m^3 BF. By optimizing the raw fuel management, blast furnace production organization and the management of each link, strengthening the control of key parameters in the furnace, improving the operation level, improving the blast furnace coal gas flow distribution and increasing the utilization rate of the gas, the No.3 blast furnace realized low fuel ratio operation with large amount slag. The fuel ratio reduced to 510 kg/t about. The coke rate decreased to 320 kg/t about.
