摘要
目的探讨牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法链脲佐菌素致糖尿病大鼠被随机分为缺血/再灌注(I/R)、缺血预适应(IPC)和牛磺酸干预(TAU)3组。TAU组灌胃3%牛磺酸溶液300 mg/(kg.d),IPC和I/R组给予等体积蒸馏水。4周后各组均经历心肌缺血/再灌注损伤,IPC组于缺血前行心肌缺血预适应。连续监测心电图,测定心肌梗死范围。结果与I/R组比较,TAU与IPC组ST段抬高幅度降低,室早出现时间推迟,持续时间缩短,室速、室颤发生率降低,心肌梗死范围缩小。结论牛磺酸可减轻糖尿病大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤。
Objective To investigate protective effects of taurine on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in diabetic rats. Methods The diabetic rats induced by STZ were divided randomly into three groups: I/R, IPC and TAU group. Taurine 300 mg/(kg · d ) was given to rats in TAU group for 4 weeks. The same volume water was given to rats in I/R and IPC groups. After 4 weeks, all rats were induced by ischemia for 30 minutes followed by reperfusion for 2 hours. Rats in IPC group were occluded three times each for 5 minutes, followed by reperfusion for 5 minutes (IPC) before ischemia for 30 minutes. ECG was recorded continuously throughout the whole test. TTC staining was performed to determine myocardial necrosis at the end of reperfusion. Results Compared with I/R group, the elevation of ST-segment was decreased, the onset of VPC was delayed, the duration was shortened and the incidence of VT and VF was decreased remarkably in IPC and TAU group. Conclusion Taurine can protect myocardium from I/R injury in diabetic rats.
