孤独症儿童认知问题的调查分析

摘要 目的调查分析孤独症儿童的认知情况。方法 37例孤独症患儿为观察组,40名无任何精神障碍的儿童为对照组,测定两组儿童认知问题的能力和孤独程度。结果观察组的总智商(FIQ)、言语智商(VIQ)和操作智商(PIQ)均比对照组明显降低[分别为(86.4±12.1)vs(120.4±15.3),(79.3±11.4)vs(116.3±12.7),(83.5±10.6)vs(114.3±13.5),均P<0.01];观察组在儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)总得分及15个分项得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论孤独症儿童在智力和孤独程度上存在明显问题。
