流产是一个常见的临床问题。约有1／3的妊娠妇女会发生自然流产。流产的原因很多。如内分泌失调、自身免疫性疾病、解剖结构异常、感染等。而在自身免疫性疾病中甲状腺自身免疫性疾病最为常见。近年来，
