摘要
为了寻求优良的苯醚类新化合物抑菌剂,本文设计合成了新化合物间苯二酚二-(2-氯-4-羟基苯基)醚,其结构经1HNMR、IR、MS和元素分析证实,并且对其抑菌活性进行了初步测试,初步研究结果表明:此化合物对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌,白色葡萄球菌,变形杆菌,卡他双球菌,青枯假单胞菌具有一定的抗菌活性。
In order to seek novel phenyl ether compounds as excellent antibacterial agent, m-benzenediol-di(2- chloro-4-hydroxy phenyl) ether was synthesized in this article.The structure was characterized by 1HNMR,IR, Ms spectra and elemental analysis.The antimicrobial activity was investigated,and the preliminary results indicated that the compound has biological activities on Escherichia coli(E.coli),Staphylococcus aureaus(S.aureus),Candida albicans(c.albicans),Staphylococcus albus(s.albus),Proteus vulgaris(p.vulgaris),Diplococcus catarrhalis(D.cata), and Pseudomona ssolanacearum(p.solanacearum).
