摘要 目的探讨先天性心脏病胎儿(CHD)孕产妇的健康教育需求及对策。方法对在我院引产及分娩先天性心脏病患儿的47例孕产妇进行自设问卷调查,根据实际情况开展护理干预措施。结果主要表现为CHD知识需求、帮助需求、情感心理需求,其中知识需求最低为85%,帮助需求最低为85%,情感心理需求最低为89%。结论通过提供积极有效的护理干预措施,满足CHD孕产妇的各种需求,产妇及其家人能够遵医嘱,既促进优生优育、降低CHD胎儿的发生及出生率,也保证了孕产妇身心健康和家庭和谐,达到最佳的护理目标。 Objective To explore the countermeasure and needs of health and education for maternal with congenital heart defects (CHD) fetus. Methods 47 cases of congenital heart defects fetus labor induced and delivered on our hospital were questionnaire surveyed. Nursing intervention measures were developed by the actual situation. Results Three needs were mainly that such as knowledge need, helping need and emotion mind need. There were 85% of which was the lowest re- ferred to knowledge need, 85% of which was the lowest referred to helping need, 89% of which was the lowest referred to emotion mind need. Conclusion By providing effective nursing intervention measures, various needs for the maternal with congenital heart defects (CHD) fetus are satisfied. The maternal and their families can follow the doctor's advice. This can not only promote to give a good birth and good care, lower the occurring and birth rate of CHD fetus, but also ensure the maternal physical and psychological health and their harmonious families, which achieves the optimal nursing objec- tives.
