摘要
目的分析并评价联合应用氧化苦参碱与拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将我院自2009年12月至2011年6月期间收治124例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病人根据随机分组原则分成两组:观察组62例和对照组62例。其中观察组62例联合应用氧化苦参碱与拉米夫定进行治疗,对照组62例给予拉米夫定进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组与对照组病人均存在乏力、腹胀、纳差以及肝区不适等症状,且均于1个月内完全消失,两组病人比较未见显著差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义;观察组的HBeAg转阴率以及HBV-DNA转阴率高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;经治疗后,观察组的血清ALT复常率略高于对照组,但两组相比未见显著性差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义;两组病人在整个治疗期内的血、尿常规以及肾功能检查结果均未显示存在异常。结论联合应用氧化苦参碱与拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎具有理想的临床疗效,同时整个治疗过程中基本未见不良反应;在短期内的疗效确切,但该疗法的长期疗效仍需进一步深入观察。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of oxymatrine combined with lamivudine in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods 124 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from December 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. 62 cases in the observation group were treated with oxymatrine conbined with lamivudine, and 62 cases in the control group were treated with lamivudine alone. The curative effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Patients in both goups had the symptoms of weakness, abdominal distension, anorexia and liver area discomfort and completely disappeared within one month; there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients (P 0.05). The HBeAg negative rate and HBV-DNA negative rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical significance (P 0.05). The serum ALT recovery rate after treatment in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group, but the difference between two groups had no statistical significance (P 0.05). The results of blood and urine routine examination and renal function tests in both groups did not reveal the presence of abnormal. Conclusions The combined application of oxymatrine and lamivudine in treating chronic hepatitis B has ideal curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment. The short-term curative effect is certain, while the long-term efficacy still needs further observation.
