摘要
基于新疆天文台研制的1.3 cm双极化制冷接收机的安装及观测需求,设计了其背架调整系统。首先,通过力学分析选择合适的滚珠丝杠及驱动电机;其次,通过对电机进行测试,研制电机驱动模块,以满足安装要求;最后,编写电机驱动控制软件,实现终端对接收机馈源的精确控制。
We design cryogenic receiver made by an adjusting system of the back frame of the Xinjiang 1.3cm dual-polarized our observatory based on the installation and observation requirements. The design uses appropriate ball screws of the Item company and driving motors of the Nanotec company required to meet mechanical properties. In the design the motors and the power supply are set in such a way that capacitors are connected to the motor, the motor is connected to the computer with a RS485-to-RS232 converter, and the entire system controlled by program commands. The motor-driving module is designed to be contained in a box which can be conveniently installed on the antenna after communication tests. The control software of the motor-driving system was developed with the Visual Basic 6.0 so that the receiver feed can be accurately controlled from terminal. Currently, the receiver is installed on the 25m anteena of our telescope with the adjusting system of back frame, and the receiver feed can be controlled through the software from our observation room, and it completely meets the requirement of the project.
