摘要
目的 探讨保留前囊的晶状体切除联合硅油填充术的临床应用价值及适应证。方法 对 3 3例复杂性视网膜脱离采用经睫状体平坦部保留前囊的晶状体切除联合硅油填充术进行治疗。结果 随访的 2 9眼中 ,视网膜完全复位 2 2例 ,后极复位 5例。术前指数以下视力 2 4眼 ,术后 16例 0 0 1～ 0 .0 9,12例 0 1～ 0 .4,巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离术后视力均提高显著 ,统计学检验P <0 .0 5。结论 保留前囊的晶状体切除联合硅油填充术安全 ,术后并发症少 ,能避免硅油填充的部分并发症。
Objective To study the effect and indication of silicone oil tamponaed combined with reserving anterior capsule lensectomy.Methods Silicone oil tamponade combined with reserving anterior capsule lensectomy was performed in 33 cases.Results The follow-up in 29 cases total retinal attachment was achieved in 22 cases, macular retinae attachment in 5 cases.0.01 to 0.09 in 16 cases,0.1 to 0.4 in 12 cases.Conclusion Silicone oil tamponade combined with reserving anterior capsule lensectomy was safety and can reduced the operative and silicone oil complications.
