摘要
颈椎后纵韧带骨化症是临床引起颈脊髓压迫症的重要疾病之一,在颈脊髓压迫症患者中约25%伴有不同程度的后纵韧带骨化(ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament, OPLL)。
