摘要
研究选择了以2,4_二硝基苯肼衍生化三元梯度洗脱的高效液相色谱测定大气中11种醛酮类化合物的最佳色谱分离条件 ,醛酮类化合物的检出限从0.45到2.04ng ,各化合物保留时间的相对标准偏差sr≤0.38% ,在所测定的含量范围内具有很好的线性关系 ,每种化合物的相关系数均大于0.999 ;研究了涂敷2,4_二硝基苯肼硅胶吸附采样夹的制作方法 ,并应用于大气环境中醛酮类化合物的分析。方法简单、快速 ,11种醛酮类化合物的平均解吸效率在98.3 %~105 %之间 。
The optimal conditions for HPLC separation of eleven aldehydes and ketones taken from ambient air based on 2,4 _ dinitrophenylhadrazine derivatization and a ternary mobile _ phase gradient program are described. The detection limits of the eleven aldehydes and ketones are in the range of 0.45~2.04 ng. The relative standard deviations of retention time are less than 0.38%. There is a good linear relationship within the analytical range. All the correlation coefficients for these aldehydes and ketones are greater than 0.999. A method for preparing 2,4 _ dinitrophenylhydrazine-silica gel adsorbent cartridge is presented. The method has been applied to the determination of aldehydes and ketones in ambient air. It is simple and rapid. The average desorption rates of the eleven aldehydes and ketones are in the range of 98.3%~105%. The results are satisfactory.
