摘要
系统地研究了金(Ⅲ)与meso-四(4-吡啶基)卟啉(TPyP)荧光熄灭反应。在0.2~0.5mol/L硫酸介质中,沸水加热该反应即可完成,金(Ⅲ)浓度在0~8×10^-6g/25mL范围内与荧光强度变化值△F有良好的线性关系。用摩尔比法和连续变化法测定金(Ⅲ)与TPyP组成比为2:1。本法不需要辅助络合剂,操作简便,用于矿石中金含量的测定,与标准对照,结果吻合。
A fluorescence quenching method is presented based on the complex formation of Au(Ⅲ) withmeso-tetrakis- (4 pyridyl ) porphyrin 0. 2 ~ 0. 5 mol/ L sulfuric acid medium. A linearity relationship is shown in the rangeof 0~ 320 μg/L. Most other coexisted ions do not interfere with the determination of Au(Ⅲ) using the active coaladsorption separation. This method has the advantage of high sensitivity and selectivity. It has beenapplied to determine trace gold in ores with satisfactory results.
