摘要 目的建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定小儿咳喘灵颗粒中麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex luna C18;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(4∶96);流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长210nm;柱温30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量分别在10.72~536ng(r=1.0000)和5.125~256.25ng(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.81%(RSD=1.15%)和99.04%(RSD=2.15%)。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。 Objective To establish a SPE-HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Child Kechuanling Granules . Methods The separation was carried out on a Phenomenex luna C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (4:96) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results The calibration curves showed good linearity over the range of ephedrine hydrochloride 10.72-536 ng (r=1.0000) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 5.125- 256. 25 ng (r= 0. 9999), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.81% and 99.04%, and RSDs were 1.15% and 2.15%, respectively. CoIlchlsion This method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, which can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
